Willmore Baking Company

Offering a tuition-free program for no or low-income individuals interested in learning professional baking skills.

Willmore Baking Company is a non-profit program supported by Willmore City Heritage Association and was started by Sheila Gibbons, a retired nurse, and her husband Alan Giomi, a baker with 30 years’ experience.

Grants and funding goes towards a tuition-free program taught by Sheila and Alan for no or low-income individuals interested in learning professional baking skills. Sheila and Alan also teach monthly baking classes at the elementary and teen after-school-programs at Cesar Chavez Park.
