Grammy’s Potato Recipe

We had the pleasure of savoring Chef Alan's delectable potatoes at the Willmore City Heritage holiday party. They're not only delicious but also effortless to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 10-pack - Hash brown patties.*

  • 12-ounces - Swiss and Gruyere cheese, shredded.**

  • 1 can - cream of mushroom soup.***

  • 1 can of water.

Directions:

  • Set Oven to 410 degrees.

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until patties are broken up and well incorporated with other ingredients.

  • Place ingredients in an oven safe 13”x9” buttered baking dish.

  • Bake for 1-1.5 hours until dish is golden brown.

  • Let dish set for 15 minutes before serving.

Chef Alan’s Hints:

*Chef Alan uses the hash brown patties from Trader Joe’s 10 to a pack.

**The Swiss and Gruyere cheese comes already mixed and shredded in a bag purchased at Trader Joe’s.

***Chef recommends Campbell soup.
